Human Domain Solutions, LLC, is a Virginia based Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) start-up company specializing in providing professional services, staffing, consulting, and training in the Human Domain areas of Human-Derived Intelligence (HDI); Language, Region, and Culture (LRC); Foreign Area Officer (FAO) programs; Building Partnership Capacity (BPC); and Special Operations Forces (SOF).  Human Domain Solutions currently supports training and education courses at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and the Defense Security Cooperation Agency (DSCA).

Human Domain Solutions also brings the personal background, experience, and government and corporate networks of the HDS President, Kurt Marisa, Colonel USAF (ret.), in the areas of FAO, LRC, HUMINT, and BPC support and training.  A retired military intelligence and Foreign Area Officer, Colonel Marisa was a three-tour Attaché and served as the Air Force Chief of HUMINT and Human-Derived Information under the AF/A2 from 2007-2011 and retired out of the Office of the Under Secretary of Intelligence (O/USDI) as the Deputy Chief of HUMINT.  He also currently serves as the President of the Foreign Area Officer Association (FAOA), the 501c(19) non-profit association for defense FAOs, Attachés, and international affairs and language specialists.  He is also a Federal Language Consultant with the National Language Service Corps (NLSC).
