Synopsis:

The existing tensions between the U.S. and Iran, and the continuing prospect of a military strike against Iranian targets, may cause a dramatic increase in the threat of Iranian sponsored terrorism in the United States. This course is designed primarily for law enforcement officers, military officers and operators, and first responders who may encounter a threat from Iranian or Hezbollah operatives in the U.S., or who may have responsibilities for Iran and Hezbollah investigations and intelligence within their areas of responsibility. The course provides in-depth strategic, tactical, cultural and analytical review of the current situation between the U.S. and Iran and its implications for local law enforcement, military, first responders, and civilian support organizations in the event of conflict between Iran and the West.

Instructor Backgrounds:

CIA operations Officer recently retired with 25 years experience in the U.S. and worldwide conducting HUMINT and Counter-Terrorism operations.

Subject Matter Expert on the Recognition and Disruption of homegrown Violent Extremist in the U.S. from many years in an operational role on Joint Terrorism Task Force.

Extensive overseas experience in the identification and disruption of foreign terrorist cells and networks.

 

Former FBI supervisory special Agent

subject Matter Expert on the Middle East, Counter-Terrorism and HUMINT operations, working on multiple joint operations with the CIA overseas and inside the U.S. that led to effect dismantling of foreign terrorist cells.

In depth experience on major FBI joint Terrorism Task force, personally involved in the investigations related to the attacks on 9/11/01
